CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation and Late Policy We understand that life happens! However, to ensure fairness and efficiency for all of our clients, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following policies: • Cancellation Fee: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. • Late Policy: We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, if we are still able to accommodate your dog, a $15 late fee will apply. If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and a 50% charge for the service will be applied. • Proof of Illness: To waive the no-show fee for cancellations due to illness, we require veterinary documentation confirming your pet's condition. This helps us prevent misuse of our cancellation policy, as we have had instances where clients have provided false information. My passion for animals began early, influenced by my mother’s work with Search and Rescue dogs and horse training. I loved bathing the pups before they went home, which led me to grooming. After years of traveling and living in Argentina as an outdoor guide, I craved stability and found my calling in grooming. With three years of experience, I am certified and CPR certified, and I truly enjoy making your furry friends look and feel great!
